Mango Blueberry Smoothie

This healthy fruit smoothie recipe gets a flavor upgrade from refreshing mint and tangy lime. Enjoy it as a fresh and easy summer breakfast, or on-the-go as a post-workout snack.

  • 1 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1 c frozen organic or wild blueberries
  • 1/2 c frozen cauliflower
  • 1 serving vanilla or unflavored protein (I like to use collagen peptides)
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • leaves from 2 4-inch sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


  1. Place ingredients in blender. 
  2. Blend for 60 seconds, or until smooth.
  3. Serve and garnish as desired.
