Ingredients

1c spinach

1c  blueberries, fresh or frozen

1c almond milk

1/2 avocado

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

3 tbsp lemon juice

2 servings vanilla or unflavored protein powder

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth, approximately 60 seconds. Enjoy immediately.
