The Best Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1 1/4c Rolled Oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2c unsalted, all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 c maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/3c chopped peanuts
  • 1/4c unsweetened shredded coconut


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.
  2. Push the dough together with a spatula until it becomes a single mass. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or overnight.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough. Roll single tablespoon-sized scoops between your hands until they form individual balls. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a week.
